What resistance means to you?
Resistance is a conscious decision we make everyday to collectively struggle against those who seek to silence, kill, and abuse us. For artists, this means joining the people of marginalized sectors in resisting the forces that continue to oppress them. Until our true emancipation is achieved, art will serve as refuge for those denied safe spaces.
