What is Resistance to you?
| To me, resistance means a ‘coming together’ of people, resources and motivations. It means recognising power imbalances and injustices and doing whatever you can do resist these within your remit, in order to fight for a fairer society. It means decolonialism, community involvement and putting the voices of those who are rendered voiceless by the societies that we live in at the centre. It means empathy and solidarity. |
