June is National LGBTQ+ month! There are so many amazing organizations that raise awareness, challenge discrimination, and provide crucial support for mental health and well-being for the LGBTQ+ community. To celebrate, WhyHunger is uplifting five inspiring organizations to support!

A Cuir and Transgender Black and Brown led food justice collective that is in solidarity with frontline communities affected by climate change and individuals oppressed by political regimes.

Princess Janae Place

She has a background in nutrition and dietetics and previously worked as a school dietitian in Union City, NJ.  She is interested in social media marketing and graphic design.
