We’re packing our bags, putting together our cool prize package giveaways and getting psyched up to be a part of the 10th annual Summer Camp Music Festival taking place May 27, 28, 29 and 30, 2010 in Chillicothe, Illinois. At this year’s event, we will be on-site spreading the word about how you can help end hunger and poverty. Chuck Garvey from Artists Against Hunger & Poverty members, moe., and critically acclaimed banjo player, Danny Barnes, will be joining us on May 29, 2010 at 2:00pm in the Soulshine Tent in a discussion about WhyHunger. Audience members will hear directly from Chuck and Danny about why they are passionate about speaking out against hunger, have the opportunity to ask the artists questions about global hunger and poverty issues, and enjoy an intimate acoustic performance by the artists. Additionally, the guys from Backyard Tire Fire will be hanging out at our table on Saturday from 3:30-4:30 after their set! Look out for stage announcements from us as well.
