Supporting AAPI organizations is crucial in promoting social justice, fostering community empowerment, and combating systemic inequities. To celebrate AAPI Heritage Month, we are highlighting five amazing AAPI-led nonprofit organizations to support!

Heart of Dinner 愛心餐
Founded at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to fight food insecurity in the Asian-American elderly population. They serve 1,500+ elders across NYC by delivering weekly hot meals and fresh produce.

Krystal is the WhyHunger Communications intern. She has a background in nutrition and dietetics and previously worked as a school dietitian in Union City, NJ.  She is interested in social media marketing and graphic design.
