On April 28th, AAH&P member, Bleu, kicked off his partnership with WhyHunger by hosting an event to help the Somerville Food Bank.

 Bleu headed a group of local volunteers in packaging and distributing food at the Somerville Food Pantry, while raising awareness for the thousands of families facing hunger in Boston each year.

Beth Chambers, Director of Community Services for Catholic Charities in Boston positively commented: “Through our on-going partnership with WhyHunger and the Artists Against Hunger & Poverty program, we have been lucky to work with some incredible artists over the years to generate support, build awareness and raise funds to helps us better serve families in need in the Greater Boston area.”
